Isabella, (sigh) with such a face so refined. Not like the others, but stands far from me like them. I try to say hi, but her stature and length is far too tall for my wave to reach her eyes.
So I graze
softly by
and always with a smile in case a gaze is within my reach. But if I can get high enough, I would look upon the tip of her head.
And from there I can follow the lines of her crescent nose that seems to always point up. But should her eyes tilt the same way... I dare not ponder in the same place.
And her hands are far too big for mine.
Should I try them on they would simply slip off. But if I grow bigger,
I'd like to try them on someday. I climbed between her strands once but got too scared to keep on any further. And whence my head faced the ground, I was far too scared to jump. But I did anyhow since it was the only way back. But when I landed, a jolt of pain grabbed and shook the soles of my feet.

It inched into the knees and no longer could I stand but fall unwillingly to my bottom.
Never did I try again.
But still... I like to look at her. So strong and tall. And I so little. So fleshy and weak.
With bones that have never quite shattered as glass did. And my skin, you could pierce right
through with a needle. I tried to do the same with her but simply the shell of her body
would not let me go any further, and bled she did, the stickiest and sweetest substance I
had ever placed in my mouth. I wish I had been there to grow with her. To see how long
it took for her to bloom. So big she has gotten, I can only imagine. I'd like one of my
own one day. In front of my home without fences or stilts. I hope she'll grow as big as
her one day.
Bringing her to life

With materials, how do I bring Isabella to the space? Her life and feelings bellowed in anthropomorphized sentiments. This spatial installation which I call a potion explores the shaping of relations with other living organisms.
